A 28-year-old Sheboygan County man has died of what appears to be an overdose in the Mead Public Library. Officers were called to the library just after 5:00 PM last Friday, to find the man deceased. The victim had allegedly bought heroin from a residence, with the accompaniment of a woman. A search of the man’s Bluff Avenue residence uncovered several items such as marijuana, heroin, and an undisclosed amount of cash. A 36-year-old resident was arrested, but it is unclear what the charges are.
