Marquette University Signs Basketball Coach To 5-Year Contract

Following one of the school’s most successful basketball seasons, Marquette University has signed basketball coach Steve Wojciechowski to a new five-year contract.  Wojciechowski has an overall record of 97 wins and 69 losses in his five years on the job.  The Golden Eagles were 24-10 last season and qualified for the N-C-A-A tournament for the second time in three years.  The agreement announced Tuesday extends the coach’s deal through the 2023-2024 season.
