A no-hitter in Girls Fastpitch Softball highlighted local and area High School Sports action last evening. Roncalli pitcher, Mackenzie Dvorachek was dominant in the circle leading the Jets to a 12 nothing victory over Sheboygan Falls. Dvorachek allowed no hits over the 7 Inning distance with 17 strikeouts. Mackenzie had pitched a perfect-game on April 24th. Leading the way offensively was Maddie Rathsack, who went 4-4, including a double. The Jets did not commit an error.
In Big East Conference Girls Fastpitch action Manitowoc Lutheran routed Stockbridge/Hilbert 12-1, in the completion of a game suspended by lightning on April 8th. Lexi LeClair tossed her 2nd shutout and 3rd one-hitter of the season helping the Lancers to their 5th straight win. Olivia Siehr led the way offensively for Lutheran (7-3, 6-3 in conference) by going 3-3 with a triple & 4 RBI.
