Detectives: Sexual Assault Suspect Recorded Crimes On Video

Dodge County authorities say a man sentenced to 45 years in prison for sexually assaulting a child had recorded his crimes on video.  Thirty-one-year-old Benjamin Marx was found guilty of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 12 and sexual exploitation of a child.  The video showed Marx assaulting the three-year-old victim. The prosecutor said no amount of incarceration would be “enough” for a crime like this one, but Marx shouldn’t be able to harm another child for the rest of his life.
