Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies Investigating Incident Involving Two Year Old with Gunshot Wound

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office was called to Bellin Hospital last night, on a report of a two year old child who had suffered a gunshot wound. Details of the investigation have not yet been released, but we do know that the incident occurred in Bellevue. The child suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting, which is believed to be accidental. The investigation remains ongoing, and more information is expected to be released at some point today.
