Josh Lemos made 17 saves as the Milwaukee Wave claimed their seventh Major Arena Soccer League championship last weekend. The Wave beat the Monterrey Flash at Panther Arena 5-2. Some of the team’s all-time greats were participants in pregame ceremonies. Former scoring machine Michael King performed an honorary first kick. Sunday’s victory brought Milwaukee its first title in seven years. Marcio Leite was named M-V-P of the championship game.
