Three defendants accused in the death of a two-year-old child Two Rivers last month, had their initial appearances adjourned until next week as they wait to be appointed legal counsel. 27- year-old Rhena LeAnn Santiago- 25- year-old Bianca Michelle Bush and 28-year-old David Robert Heiden are facing multiple charges. Authorities were summoned to a residence in the 2100 block of River Street the afternoon of April 26th for a call about a child who was unconscious and not breathing. The child had multiple bruises on his body and prosecutors said Santiago, the child’s mother, and her roommates (Bush and Heiden) repeatedly hit the toddler with their hands, a shoe and a
belt over the last several months. All three remain in the County Jail in lieu of $100 thousand cash bail each and are due back in court next Monday at 1:30.
