Arson Charges Filed Against 18-Year-Old Man Accused Of Setting Church On Fire

Brown County authorities have filed arson charges against an 18-year-old man accused of setting an Allouez church on fire.  Mackenzie Guillen is also charged with burglary and criminal damage to property after his Wednesday arrest.  Investigators say surveillance video at St. Matthews Catholic Church and Father Allouez School shows a suspect matching Guillen’s description setting a fire in the building.  He returns to court in three weeks.
