The Green Bay Packers have reached an agreement on a four-year contract with first-round draft pick Darnell Savage, a safety from the University of Maryland. As with all N-F-L rookie deals, the contract includes a fifth-year team option. Savage was the 21st player taken in the draft and the second by Green Bay. The Packers traded up to get him.
