A Manitowoc man was taken back into police custody after it was discovered that he called a minor while being held on charges of sexual assault and child pornography. 22-year-old Quenton Nutting is currently on bail for those charges, and part of his bail agreement was that he not have any contact with the victim. Nutting decided to do just that, and contacted the victim nine times between last Thursday and Monday, while in police custody. He will now be facing nine additional felony bail jumping charges, as well as four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child.
