Allouez Church Fire Under Investigation

A church fire in the Green Bay area is possibly arson related.  Reports from the scene indicate the blaze broke-out at St. Matthews Church at 2575 South Webster Avenue, about 1:30 this morning. Damage is reported to the inside of the church and firefighters believe someone broke in last night.  A damage estimate is listed at $15,000, no injuries were reported, and no one is in custody. Allouez officials are investigating the fire as arson.
