Mother Says Unknown Man Tried To Kidnap Her Daughter

Authorities in the Fond du Lac area are looking for a man driving an S-U-V who allegedly tried to get a woman’s daughter to enter his vehicle.  The incident happened last Friday.  The woman’s name hasn’t been released.  She tells police she and her daughter were at Lakeside Park when the man approached her child.  He drove off when the mother approached.  She says the suspect was white, in his 50s or 60s, with a medium build, short hair and a white mustache.
