The Two Rivers Police Department is reporting that on Friday, April 26 at approximately 3:50 p.m, Police Officers and personnel from the Two Rivers Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the city of Two Rivers for a report of a 2-year-old child that was unconscious and not breathing. When they arrived the child was found to be pulseless and not breathing. The Manitowoc County Coroner’s Office also responded and the child was pronounced deceased. Three individuals were taken into custody and transported to Manitowoc County Jail during the investigation. The investigation is ongoing and the Manitowoc County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case to determine what charges will be issued.
