The Milwaukee Brewers move a game over .500 with a 10-2 win over the Mets that was rain delayed more than two-and-a-half hours Friday night at Citi Field. Lorenzo Cain made a leaping grab in the second inning to rob Todd Frazier of a home run and blew the game open with a bases-clearing double in the fifth. Eric Thames, Mike Moustakas and Orlando Arcia each had two R-B-I’s for the Crew. Cy Young Award winner Jacob DeGrom gave up five runs over four innings and had three walks in his return from the injured list. Milwaukee starter Chase Anderson allowed two runs on five hits in four-and-two-thirds innings of work and Matt Albers pitched an inning-and-a-third to earn the win. The 14-13 Brewers and 13-12 Mets play game two of the three-game series this tonight in New York (Saturday 6:10 P-M). Brandon Woodruff is on the hill for Milwaukee while right-hander Noah Syndergaard gets the start for the home team.
