Racine County prosecutors are charging a 29-year-old woman with physical abuse of a child as a repeater and disorderly conduct as a repeater. Surveillance video from a school bus shows Katheryn Duncan rushing onto a school bus as it was stopped in Caledonia and punching a 10-year-old student in the face. The incident happened April 17th. Duncan and the victim are distant relatives. She was reportedly screaming at the child to get off the bus as she punched her multiple times.
