The Sheboygan County UW-Extension Master Gardeners welcome garden enthusiasts to join them Saturday, June 1 for a bus trip to the Green Bay Botanical Garden and 4 other area gardens. The feature stop will be the Green Bay Botanical Garden with 47 acres of display gardens and natural areas. The visit will coincide with the opening day of the 2019 summer attraction “Butterflies and Blooms”—a live butterfly experience under an 1,800 square foot mesh tent showcasing native pollinators and the plants they love. An added attraction will be the Garden Fair where you can shop for this season’s plants, tools, supplies and garden art from dozens of vendors. Total cost of the daylong trip is $40 for non- Master Gardeners and $30 for Sheboygan County Master Gardeners. The bus will depart from the East Parking Lot at UW-Sheboygan at 7:00 am.
