A trial date of July 8th has been set for the man accused of killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner. Rittner was part of a tactical team executing a search warrant February 6th when he was fatally wounded. Twenty-six-year-old Jordan Fricke is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree recklessly endangering safety and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Hearings will be held in each of the next two months before the trial is held in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
