Sixty percent of the tickets for University of Wisconsin women’s basketball games go unused. After eight straight losing seasons, Badger games at the Kohl Center are sparsely attended. Crowds of 37-hundred or more showed up three times last season — and that represents an improvement. The school announces the number of tickets sold and the average during the 2018-2019 season was 38-hundred-94. That means the real average of people in the stands was a little over 15-hundred — but that is an increase of nearly 19 percent over the previous year.
