President Donald Trump is on Harley-Davidson’s side this time. He’s threatening to escalate the trade war with the European Union over tariffs it puts on American motorcycles. Harley says it will consider putting its bikes together in Europe. The last time company leaders suggested that they were harshly criticized by Trump. Harley-Davidson reported a 26-percent drop in quarterly profit Tuesday.
