Vision 2022 Creates Community Leadership Development Team

Vision 2022 has announced the formation of its newest initiative focused on Community Leadership Development. The purpose of the team is to identify pathways for future leaders in Manitowoc County that go beyond the current model of individual organizations and groups offering leadership components that are singular in nature. The goal is to understand current offerings in our community and then define specific paths for leadership capacity that seek to bring together multiple entities to leverage learning and improve overall community success.   The team will focus on the creation of leadership paths in the areas of non-profit, civic and business leadership. Asset mapping, including a comprehensive community survey, will take place to identify current leadership development opportunities from high school through career stage.
