Man Trying To Get Away From Police Dies In Fiery Crash

Milwaukee police say a 27-year-old man was speeding as he tried to get away from officers when his car crashed Saturday afternoon, hitting a vacant house and setting both the car and house on fire.  Officers were conducting a drug investigation when they spotted a suspect and tried to conduct a traffic stop.  The chase finally ended when the fleeing car ran a stop sign, slammed into an S-U-V, slid into the house and burst into flames.  The suspect died at the hospital and the S-U-V driver suffered minor injuries.  No names have been released.
