Are you curious about the archaeology of Brown County? Join the Brown County Parks and the Neville Public Museum for a morning of archaeology in the park developed.
Located inside Lily Lake County Park are believed to be the remains of a lost sawmill. Help find where it once stood! This Parkaeology program will include a presentation on the park’s history, as well as a hands-on archaeological dig to locate any structures and artifacts relating to this historic sawmill!
This Parkaeology program will be co-presented by the Brown County Park Department and Neville Public Museum staff.
Parkaeology will be held Saturday, May 18, from 10:00 a.m. -Noon at Lily Lake County Park, 3897 Lake Rd., Green Bay, WI. The fee is $3 kids, $5 adults, $15 per family. Call the Parks Office: at (920) 448-6242 to Pre-Register.
