The Manitowoc Police Department arrested two individuals yesterday for breaking conditions of their bail. The first incident occurred at around 4:30 AM and saw police dispatched to the 2000 block of Johnston Drive, where 18-year-old Brandon Stangel allegedly kicked in a door to a residence so he could take a nap. He knew the residents of the home and had asked for the keys prior to forcefully entering. Stangel is being charged with Criminal Damage to Property and Felony Bail Jumping. Then, just before 8:00 PM, officers were called to Shopko on an anonymous tip that a man with warrants for his arrest was in the store. Officers located the man, 35-year-old Michael Sittman, and took him into custody. Sittman was also found to be in possession of Meth and drug paraphernalia.
