Illinois Man Pleads Not Guilty To 8 Felony Charges In Kenosha County

A 40-year-old Illinois man has entered a not guilty plea to eight felony charges connected to a triple-fatal accident earlier this month.  Timothy Vandervere made an initial appearance in Kenosha County Circuit Court Thursday where he was bound over for trial.  Three of Vandervere’s family members were killed in the April 5th crash in Salem Lakes.  Witnesses say he had been driving erratically.  He is charged with first-degree reckless homicide and operating while intoxicated.
