Brown County Says Farewell to Veterans Memorial Arena

The public is invited for one final chance to say goodbye to the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena as officials host a Farewell Ceremony on Monday, April 29th from Noon to 1 p.m. The event will begin with an open house, with the public given their last opportunity to walk through the historic area from Noon to 12:30. The half hour ceremony will follow with Emcee John Maino. Following the ceremony, people can take up to 2 Arena Folding Chairs with them as mementos while getting a chance to purchase a 4-seat row of Arena Seats for $50, while supplies last. Several local dignitaries will be on hand, including Brown County Executive roy Strechenbach, and Ashwaubenon Village President Mary Kardoskee.
