Manitowoc County Home Purchase Prices Highest in State

Home purchase prices in Manitowoc County grew 13.8-percent in the first quarter, outpacing other counties in Wisconsin.  According to ‘Progress Lakeshore’, homes-for-sale also went up 14-percent during that same period, while time on the market to sell declined by 26%.   Also, figures show the percentage of asking price rose to over 92%.  Information about the local Housing market shows the highest average selling price for homes in Manitowoc County are In the Village of Cleveland at $305,000, while the average home sold for $132,000, which is up just over 4%.
