A Kenosha County jury didn’t believe the defendant’s story that he shot two brothers to death because he feared for his life. Nathan Kivi was found guilty Tuesday of two counts of first-degree intentional homicide. Thirty-one-year-old Kenneth Samuel the Third and his 28-year-old brother, Richard, were shot to death in the parking lot of a Twin Lakes bar in November 2017. Kivi’s sentencing is set for June.
