3 South Milwaukee Brothers Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Children For Years

Three brothers in their 20s are accused of sexually assaulting children in their South Milwaukee home for several years.  Twenty-nine-year-old James Keene, his 27-year-old brother Elijah and 20-year-old brother Josiah have been arrested.  Elijah Keene reportedly told investigators he was addicted and had been assaulting one child for six years.  One of the victims told authorities the assaults had been going on since she was in diapers.  Sixty-two-year-old Brian Keene, the father, is charged with knowing about the assaults and doing nothing to stop them.
