The Manitowoc Common Council will be holding an organizational session this evening. The newly elected members of the council will be taking their Oath of Office. Those members include Mike Howe from District 1, Scot McMeans of District 2, District 3’s Jeremiah Novak, District 7 representative Todd Lotz, and Bruce Jacobs of District 10, who had previously been sworn in. The council will then nominate and elect the president of the council, who will then take the oath of office. Mayor Justin Nickels will then appoint members to standing committees.
