A lakeshore area native was one of the players honored this past weekend when the Milwaukee women’s basketball team held its’ annual banquet to celebrate the 2018-’19 season. Alyssa Fischer, a 5-9 redshirt junior guard for the Panthers, and a graduate of Lincoln High School received a “Captain’s” award, along with teammate Bre Cera. Milwaukee finished the season at 15-and-15, including a 10-and-8-mark in the Horizon League under Coach Kyle Rechlicz
