A new labor agreement announced Monday by Harley-Davidson covers workers at its Milwaukee-area and Tomahawk sites. United Steelworkers voted to ratify the new five-year contract agreement two weeks ago. More than one-thousand Wisconsin workers are affected. They get a signing bonus, two incentive plans, pension improvements and a 14-percent wage hike over the life of the contract.
