A junior at Neenah High School was arrested by the Grand Chute Police yesterday and is being accused of killing two people. The police were sent to a home on West Edgewood Drive just after 11:30 AM to perform a welfare check, and found two people dead. The officers then arrested 17 year old Alexander M. Kraus, who was still at the home. Kraus is believed to have known the victims, and is being held in the Outagamie County Jail on two counts of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. The families of the victims have not yet been notified, so their identities are being withheld at this time. Kraus will make his initial court appearance early this week.
