
The Los Angeles Dodgers snapped a six-game losing streak by whipping Milwaukee Sunday 7-1. Los Angeles pounded Brewers ace Jhoulys Chacin for six runs in less than three innings. Milwaukee still took the series two-out-of-three and remains on top the National League Central Division standings by a half-game over St. Louis. Ross Stripling kept Milwaukee off-balance while holding the visitors for four hits in eight innings, throwing only 88 pitches. The Brewers return home to host St. Louis tonight (Monday) with Freddy Peralta taking the mound.
