When people think back on this past winter, most will remember the piles of snow, and massive flooding. What you may forget is that the first half of the season was very mild, with very little snowfall. We sat down with Brandon Bartow of Bartow Builders, and he told us that the mild start to winter really put them ahead of schedule. “We had the opportunity to work indoors this year,” Bartow explained, “There were very few days that my carpenters did not have work…We were blessed that way.”
Once the flooding hit, however, Bartow told us they became a resource for people. “We have a long list of happy, pleased past customers, and those people often use us as a resource.” While they were able to go into many homes and help people get dried off, Brandon told us they did refer others away.
