A Marathon County daycare provider is charged with child abuse — for the third time. Twenty-eight-year-old Merisa Sell made a court appearance yesterday (Thursday). The charges are connected to a report in October 2017 when the victim’s parents noticed fingerprint marks on his thighs after they picked him up. Sell was charged last November with two more counts of child abuse for injuries to two children while she was babysitting them.
