Witnesses say a 16-year-old boy was “balled up” to protect himself on the floor of a Madison McDonald’s restaurant Monday night while he was being kicked and punched by a group. Six boys appearing to be 14-to-15 years old age were involved, with one of them holding a gun to the victim’s body during the attack. When a worker at the restaurant called 9-1-1, the attackers took off. Although one of the people in the restaurant was able to get a license plate number off the getaway car, it proved to be stolen. Although the victim said he knew a couple of his attackers, he refused to share that information with officers
