Green Bay Man Charged with Having Inappropriate Conversation with Florida Teen

A 19 year old Green Bay man is facing charges after it was discovered that he had been having an inappropriate conversation with a 13 year old Floridian girl. Charlie Yang reportedly met the girl through an app called Daily Postcard, and the duo eventually began communicating through text, Instagram, and Snapchat. Despite the fact the Yang knew the girl was 13 years old, he would ask her for photos of her in her underwear, and would have sexual conversations with her. In an attempt to avoid getting caught, Yang used the girl’s passwords to log into her social media accounts, and delete the inappropriate messages. Yang was arrested on Monday, and is being charged with distributing obscene material to a minor and using a computer to seduce, solicit and lure a child.
