Shopko Releases Workforce Reduction Numbers for Manitowoc Location

Shopko has provided formal notice of a workforce reduction at two additional locations in Wisconsin, including the Manitowoc store.  According to a news release from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, a total of 53 people will be affected by the Shopko closing at 3415 Calumet Avenue, on or within 14-days following April 14th (this Sunday).  DWD officials say their Regional partner, the Bay Area Workforce Development Board will offer rapid response services to affected workers.
