There will be a pair of meetings this evening in the City of Manitowoc. First up, at 4:30 PM, the Police and Fire Commission will gather in the Public Safety Building. After the public is allotted time to voice their comments, and the monthly reports are delivered, the commission will go over the Police Department’s Patrol Officer Eligibility list. Then the Committee of the Whole will convene in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 5:30 PM. The main topic of conversation will take place in a closed session, where the Committee will discuss a proposed TIF development agreement which would include the former Manitowoc Cranes site. The public will also be given time to voice their comments.
