Charges of first-degree reckless injury and use of a dangerous weapon have been filed against a Milwaukee man accused of attacking a parking checker last month. Police say 25-year-old Tony Bornes Junior attacked the city employee, kicking and stabbing him because he had ticketed a car belonging to Bornes’ cousin. The 60-year-old victim suffered three stab wounds and had to have surgery to fix internal bleeding. Police say Bornes admitted attacking the parking enforcement officer, calling him a “demon” at one point.
