Sheboygan Author to Release New Book Tomorrow

On the heels of the publication of his first two children’s books “Florida Cheese” and “Wisconsin Cheese,” Lee Trotta of Sheboygan is set to release his third entry in “The Cheese Book Series.” “California Cheese” will launch tomorrow, with a special book signing event during a craft and vendor fair at Cooper Elementary School in Sheboygan from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Trotta released his first cheese-based children’s book in 2016 titled “Florida Cheese” before unveiling his second children’s book “Wisconsin Cheese” in 2017. According to Trotta, the Cheese Book Series is meant to educate, as well as entertain children with the new “California Cheese” book including even more educational elements that his two previous cheese books.
