A deputy with the Rock County Sheriff’s Office is on administrative leave while domestic violence allegations are investigated. Twenty-six-year-old Keegan Kelly was taken into custody in Sauk County Wednesday. He faces felony charges of domestic violence strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct. Kelly is being held in the Sauk County Jail pending a court hearing. The incidents being investigated happened in Janesville and Lake Delton, according to the female victim.
