Three girls at Wauwatosa East High School accuse a former associate principal of touching them inappropriately. Fifty-one-year-old Robert Day resigned last December. The state licensing board is reportedly investigating whether Day should surrender his teaching credentials. The girls say he buried his face in their breasts while hugging at least two of them. Day has denied the allegations and he now faces charges of disorderly conduct.
