In local High School Girls Fastpitch Softball last night Bay Port defeated Manitowoc Lincoln 6-0 in the FRCC opener. Grace Satori had a complete game in a losing effort for the visiting Ships…after allowing 9-hits with 3-strikeouts. Satori also went 1-for-2 at the plate with a walk Chloe Lodel had Lincoln’s- other base hit.
The Valders girls dropped a non-conference game at Luxemburg-Casco 4-0. Maddie Lambert took the loss on the mound for the Vikings, while Carissa Hammel led the offense going 2-3. Allison Dart tossed a 6 hit shutout for the Spartans.
