The Citizens Advisory Committee is the only group gathering in the city of Manitowoc this evening. They will meet in the First Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 4:00 PM, and only have a couple items on the agenda. First, they will discuss diversity with Mayor Justin Nickels. That discussion will be followed by a talk regarding the terms for the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and the Secretary. The public is welcome to attend.
