The Sheboygan Police Department is offering free ALICE training to the local business community as a part of its mission to work in partnership with the community to fight crime, the fear of crime and disorder. The event is being held on April 24th at Sheboygan High School. The SPD says the best way to achieve these goals is through education. The ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Escape) training program is held bi-annually and is open to the public. Pre-registration is required and the class is limited to 50 participants. The Sheboygan Police Department has worked with local schools and businesses to help prepare them for a violent intruder event.
