Shopko Closing Impacting Other Businesses

It was announced earlier this month that Shopko will be closing all of their locations, and that announcement has impacted other businesses as well. A former Shopko distribution center in De Pere is now being forced to close their doors as well. The owner of the distribution center is blaming Shopko’s bankruptcy and says that 225 people will be without jobs by May 20^th. That time may actually come sooner depending on how quickly Shopko’s liquidation process goes.
