The City of Manitowoc Engineering Department says one street on the southwest side has been closed to through traffic due to some pothole issues. Greg Minikel said because of poor condition of the roadway Meadow Court, between Meadow Lane & MacArthur Drive is closed. According to Minikel, that stretch of street is anticipated to be shut down for several weeks, until hot asphalt becomes available and city crews can patch the deteriorated sections.
