One Wisconsinite woke up this morning holding on to a very pricy piece of paper. The Powerball lottery numbers were drawn last night, and one ticket matches all six numbers. That ticket was sold the Speedway at Moorland and Beloit roads in New Berlin, just west of Milwaukee. Due to a surge in ticket sales over the last few days, the jackpot climbed to an estimated $768.4 million at the time of the drawing. The lucky numbers are 16, 20, 37, 44, 62, and the Powerball was 12. Seven tickets matched all five white balls but missed matching the red Powerball to win a $1 million prize. Odds for winning the grand prize are listed by Powerball as 1 in 292,201,338.00.
