
The Sheboygan Police Department is thanking members of the community, as they helped capture a man that was wanted on multiple warrants. According to a Facebook post from the Department, Thomas J.R. Mullens “was spotted by a citizen in the City of Sheboygan and he is now in custody.” Mullens was wanted on warrants for Second degree recklessly endangering safety- domestic abuse, battery- domestic abuse, substantial battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and failure to pay child support. This story just goes to show that the public can be vital to the closing of some unsolved cases, even with the most minute of details.
